Plus, it is a great opportunity to meet with fellow guitar players and learn from each other.

Max FOUR active participants in a class.

 

There will be a max of four active participants who will play and get my personal feedback. If you are interested in learning the piece but don’t want to play or are not ready to play, this is a great opportunity for you.

Each active participant will play the SECOND SECTION (First variation: measures 34 to 65) from my Autumn Leaves arrangement (NOT the whole piece). The only acceptable versions are the ones from my website (though I don’t sell it here on my website anymore), the musicnotes.com version, and the MyMusicSheet.com version. Please don’t use the third-party-made versions or illegally downloaded versions in my class.

In this class, we will be focusing on the second section of the piece- the first variation (the one in bossa nova style).

At the beginning of the class, the active participants will play, one person at a time. Once everyone has played, I will address the general issues mutually found in their playing, and then spend some time with each participant to give individual feedback.  It will be like a masterclass in a way the players will receive individual comments and go over their weak spots with me one-on-one, but it will still be a group class in the sense that everyone will work on the same materials. I think this setting will be very effective and motivating as well.

Class length: approximately 75 minutes

Where: Online over Zoom (The link will be provided a few days before the class date)
