Beginner Guitar I with Yenne Lee (Tuesdays, Jan 16 – Feb 20)

Duration and frequency: 60 minutes, once a week, for six weeks

Day/time: Tuesdays at 8:30 PM ET

Dates: January 16, 23, 30, and February 6, 13, 20

Fee: $240 for 6 sessions ($40 per session)

What you need: a classical guitar and some accessories (you will receive a list after you sign up)

 

Is finally learning how to play the guitar your New Year’s resolution?

In my Beginner Guitar I, I am going to teach you how to “play well,” not just “play.” It will be slow-paced to make sure you build good habits so you don’t have to unlearn and relearn anything later. I made it one of my New Year’s resolutions to start writing a method book. In this class, you will be one of the very first to learn the guitar my way! You know me- I don’t only play classical music. You won’t, either! You will learn the classical guitar “technique,” but you will be learning songs of your choice as well as classical pieces along the way.
